Also known as "G2", it is one of the most difficult mountains to climb in the Philippines. Mt. Guiting-Guiting is the highest mountain in the province of Romblon with an elevation of 6,752 ft (2,058 m) above sea level. The name Guiting-Guiting originated from the local Romblomanon dialect meaning "jagged" due to the mountain's jagged ridges. The mountain is also abundant with thick forests and a haven of numerous endemic flora and fauna.
